A/ The timescale of a project is generally dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavour to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation of a site is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.

A/ If you would like to use our services all you need to do is inform us of the domain name you would like to use and send us a brief idea of your requirements or you can fill out our Free Quote Form for a fast and FREE proposal. Let us know what domain you are interested in and we'll check availablity. We will then purchase the domain in your name, purchase the right hosting package for your project and then based on your guidance, design an initial web page for you.

This is then refined/changed in consultation with the client until a satisfactory design has been reached. We will then need you to forward content and images for your site and start to design the website for you.

A/ No, we do everything for you.

A/ The cost of a website varies, depending upon the type of site you require. A basic website can run anywhere from $350.00 to $2,000.00 depending on the number of pages and content. An e-commerce site can run $1,500.00 - $5,000 again depending on the size of the site. Obviously each site has to be treated on it's individual requirements, but these figures should give you an idea of a ballpark figure. We request a 25% deposit in all cases.

Payment can be made by check or by using PayPal.

A/ All our designs are created and conceived from your requirements. So if you want a green website with pink spots you can have one!

A/ If you are interested in a quote for a possible site you would like created, please provide an outline of your requirments. We will then email you back promptly with an idea of price/timescale and any suggestions with regard to your project. You are not obliged to use our services at any stage during this process, so feel free to use the form to ask any related questions you may have.

A/ Yes we generally ask for a 25% deposit from clients.

A/ FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a method of transferring files (web pages for example) from your local PC to your web server.

A/ It is free to submit to Google. We submit all websites we design to 1500 search engines, directories and announcement sites.

A/ All web pages should be 'optimised'. This will enable your site to gain a high search engine ranking, it revolves around the meta tags on your web pages, a web page that isn't optimised won't appear in the search engines to any great degree. It also bears saying that each Search Engine or Directory is different and you can expect it to take anywhere from 3 days to 6 months before you are found in all of them. For more on SEO click here.

A/ In the majority of cases a meeting isn't necessary and 90% of our sites are generally completed with contact via email and telephone only.

A/ After the completion of a website project we are available for continued maintenance of your site. Any slight tweaks or amendments are carried out to the site free of charge in the first month. Any support after that can be attained though one of our low cost maintenance plans.
